Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–3 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
  • Flexibility to work evenings mornings and travel as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–3 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer-service mindset with responsive proactive and can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated diplomacy tact and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including editing proofreading and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and CRM systems preferred
  • Flexibility to work evenings or mornings and travel as needed
  • Collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Hybrid work environment three or four days in office required

Job Duties

  • Assist the events team with administrative support across a high volume of events including shipping materials printing name badges and signage managing registration lists coordinating post-event surveys
  • Accompany members of the events team to internal and external events providing on-site support including event setup and breakdown
  • Support virtual events in partnership with the marketing and business development production administrator including webinar overflow assistance
  • Coordinate event and sponsorship requests including follow-up and approvals with appropriate events team members
  • Maintain and manage event collateral inventory and marketing supply closet
  • Track and update records for invoices contracts and post-event materials
  • Assist with firm holiday programs and coordination of branded promotional items
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
