Experience with social media and digital communications tools is advantageous, as is familiarity with the architecture and engineering consulting industry. The company values employees who are proactive, autonomous, and ready to contribute positively within an employee-owned culture. The salary range for this position in Minnesota is between $55,713 and $79,590, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, wellness, and professional growth.
