As part of the Axel Johnson Group of companies, a successful global organization with a legacy spanning five generations, Kinetico benefits from strong corporate support and a forward-thinking business approach. The company prides itself on being an equal employment opportunity employer, promoting diversity and inclusion within a respectful and motivating work environment.

The role of Communications & Event Manager at Kinetico is integral to the company’s marketing and dealer engagement strategy across North America. This full-time position involves overseeing regional communications and event planning designed to strengthen brand presence and enhance engagement with the dealer network. The Communications & Event Manager is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive communication strategies targeting the North American dealer network, ensuring that messaging remains consistent and aligns with brand guidelines. A significant aspect of this role is the leadership in organizing and executing large-scale events such as tradeshows, dealer meetings, and incentive trips. This includes managing all event logistics from venue selection and contract negotiations to budgeting and on-site coordination. Additionally, the manager will create and distribute a variety of content, including newsletters, announcements, and event-related communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Collaboration is key in this role, working closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to produce compelling promotional materials and event collateral that support corporate objectives. Furthermore, the manager handles vendor relationships to ensure services for events are delivered with quality and cost-effectiveness. Monitoring and reporting on event performance and communication effectiveness is another critical responsibility, which aids in the continuous improvement of Kinetico’s marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of experience in communications and event management, demonstrating strong project management, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools is essential, along with an ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.

Joining Kinetico means becoming part of a company that values its employees and their growth. Employees enjoy benefits like medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug insurance, life insurance, disability benefits, 401(k) contribution matching, paid time off, and wellness programs. Educational assistance reimbursement programs underscore Kinetico’s commitment to professional development. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated communications professional to contribute to the continued innovation and success of a distinguished company in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
