The company offers competitive compensation and benefits, reinforcing its dedication to its team members' long-term stability and career development.

The role of Commissary Production Foreman at King’s Hawaiian is a pivotal leadership position within the bakery’s production operations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels and rotation, coordinating bakery deliveries, and maintaining accurate production and quality documentation. The Foreman supports workforce development by assisting with employee training and onboarding, reinforcing standard work procedures, and providing real-time coaching to foster teamwork and performance excellence. This role is essential in upholding King's Hawaiian’s reputation for quality, safety, and production efficiency in a dynamic bakery production environment. With a starting pay of $29.61 per hour, this full-time position demands a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting while embracing the company’s family-oriented culture.
