- One year experience working in food service environment
- high school diploma preferred
- able to read, speak and understand English
- food handlers permit as required by law

Job Duties
- Prepare, serve, sell, and maintain food and beverage items
- take orders and receive vendor deliveries
- follow all recipes and practice portion control
- maintain set-up of kitchen station daily
- handle, store, and rotate products properly
- complete shift prep-sheet tasks
- set-up, maintain, clean, and break down machinery and equipment
- maintain stock and storage of perishables
- complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists
- inform manager of product shortages
- perform cleaning tasks using standard products
- return items used and organize work areas
- meet with manager for shift set-up and check-out
- perform other duties as assigned
