Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to read, write, and speak basic English
- maintains a valid Food Handler's Card
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- basic math skills required
- professional experience as a prep cook
- may be required to work a variety of days and shifts including weekends and holidays
- demonstrates regular attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications

- professional experience as a prep cook
- experience signing invoices and checking in deliveries preferred
Job Duties
- Maintains a clean and organized workstation
- competently performs tasks in dishwasher, lettuce washing, slicing, packing, cold prep, and light oven work
- trains staff on Level I stations
- prepares test recipes
- checks in and signs all orders and invoices
- organizes dry storage and walk-ins
- meets timing goals for all stations and projects
- assists hot prep station with roasted meats and basic hot prep items
- communicates daily, seasonal, and special information with the crew including product details, systems, portions, sourcing standards, and labor goals
- uses preparedness skills to support organized workspace
- follows all food safety requirements including GMP, HAACP, and food defense
