Job Requirements
- Must hold a State Food Handlers Card
- ability to work Sunday through Thursday 10 am to 6 pm
- ability to work in refrigerated and cold environments
- ability to stand for up to 6 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- willingness to perform cleaning and organizational duties
- ability to communicate in English
- must pass background and safety checks

Job Duties
- Pack and organize prepared food for daily delivery
- load and stage food items inside refrigerated trucks
- work inside refrigerated trucks and storage areas for extended periods
- conduct audits of food production ensuring quality and accurate labeling
- support dietary packout processes meeting specific dietary needs
- conduct monthly inventory of dietary items
- assist with maintaining organization of commissary and storage areas
- perform light cleaning and porter duties
- communicate with team members and leadership
- maintain a positive, team-focused attitude
