The Commissary Driver role at The Tryst Trading Company offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of individuals who are passionate about food service and delivering excellence in every interaction. The Commissary Driver is responsible for the efficient and safe logistics of food and beverage deliveries across the company’s various establishments. Duties include packaging, loading, and delivering commissary and catering products, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met within all vehicles and storage areas, and supporting food and beverage preparation as needed. The role demands someone who is attentive to detail, physically capable of handling up to 50 lbs, and comfortable operating under pressure.

Job Duties

  • Package and load delivery trucks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Complete all commissary and catering deliveries in an efficient but safe manner
  • Deliver commissary and catering products as directed
  • Assist with food and beverage prep as needed and directed
  • Stock deliveries and assist in maintaining a clean and organized storage area
  • Ensure food is stored away properly when not in use
  • Clean all areas of the operation as needed and directed
  • Maintain clean trucks free of debris or smoke
  • Perform tasks or duties as directed by management
  • Perform and act in accordance with our Core Values
