Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a prominent hospitality and food service company renowned for operating concessions, premium dining, and restaurants across various prestigious venues. Specifically, Delaware North has been responsible for concessions and dining operations at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. Lambeau Field is an iconic sports arena located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, known globally as the home of the Green Bay Packers, one of the National Football League's most historic teams. Alongside its sports venue operations, Delaware North also operates Homefield Pub + Social at Titletown, which features Topgolf Swing Suites and hosts seasonal special events such as sledding and ice skating.

As a globally recognized, family-owned company with over 100 years of history, Delaware North thrives on providing exceptional guest experiences and fostering employee development. The company prides itself on a culture that values teamwork, inclusivity, and career growth opportunities, offering diverse roles in restaurants, hotels, sports, gaming, operations, and retail across iconic locations worldwide.

We are currently seeking a seasonal Commissary Culinary Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Lambeau Field. This role is perfect for an experienced cook who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative work environment and is passionate about culinary excellence and delivering outstanding food service. As a Commissary Culinary Supervisor, you will oversee the preparation and production of high-quality food, ensuring that all culinary operations meet established standards. Your leadership will help create an enjoyable and efficient atmosphere, maintaining organization and cleanliness in all storage areas including walk-in refrigerators and freezers.

This hourly position offers a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Along with a rewarding work experience filled with game day excitement, Delaware North provides a comprehensive benefits package. Employees can expect weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible team members may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with company match; paid vacation days and holidays; parental bonding leave; an employee assistance program; and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.

The Commissary Culinary Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining food cost controls and collaborating closely with restaurant managers and team members to satisfy guest expectations. The position involves supervising proper food handling procedures including breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage, along with performing opening, closing, and side work duties. Candidates should have two or more years of line cook experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and possess strong communication skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the role demands physical stamina such as manual dexterity for food preparation tasks and the ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for the duration of shifts.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a legendary hospitality company embedded in an iconic sports venue. Join Delaware North to grow your culinary career and enjoy the thrill and energy of game day with a team dedicated to excellence and guest satisfaction.
