Job Duties
- Provide valet parking and tandem assist services
- safely move and park customer vehicles as directed
- maintain secure custody of all valet keys collected
- store under lock and follow key control procedures
- inspect and document pre-existing vehicle damage on the valet ticket
- conduct regular inspections of the parking structure to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation meet company standards
- assist customers with transactions including validations, monthly parking sales, and key card issues
- help customers with equipment malfunctions and provide guidance on automated systems
- monitor parking equipment and report malfunctions or maintenance needs to management
- generate and maintain basic daily operational reports
- support preparation of tenant parking statements and assist with general inquiries
- monitor facility and issue citations for unauthorized vehicles
- provide prompt, courteous service and escalate concerns to management
- coordinate with approved contractors on-site
- maintain accurate parking documentation
- work collaboratively with property management, tenants, and service providers
- perform periodic graffiti removal
- empty trash in the parking garage and building
- clean exterior building perimeter
- identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues
- assist with special cleaning projects as needed
