Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or similar education
- Minimum 5 years experience in sports event management and sponsorship marketing preferably in soccer
- Proven administrative experience with international sports events
- Knowledge of marketing operations for events
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Service-oriented mindset
- Commitment to quality and team accountability
- Ability to work under pressure and follow procedures
- Proficient with IT and sharing platforms
- Ability to take prompt strategic decisions
- Attention to detail

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or similar level of education
- Minimum 5 years experience in sports event management and sponsorship marketing preferably in soccer
- Proven experience managing administrative responsibilities for international sports events
- Knowledge of marketing operations in event settings
- Strong planning, analytical and conceptual skills

- Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of sharing platforms

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
Job Duties
- Support the stadium fan experience operational planning with emphasis on logistical coordination
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the production agency ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables and issue resolution
- Coordinate with key functional areas for seamless installation and operation of all fan activations
- Oversee commercial partner booth load-in and load-out activities ensuring compliance with venue regulations and health and safety requirements
- Manage day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain alignment throughout event build, operations and dismantling
- Monitor and enforce build schedules, site access protocols and venue rules across all fan experience elements and partner activations
- Conduct site readiness walkthroughs to confirm all installations meet operational, safety and brand standards prior to event opening
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues in real time coordinating with relevant stakeholders to address technical, operational or logistical challenges
- Maintain comprehensive operational documentation including run-of-show inputs, contact lists and escalation procedures
- Support the onsite marketing venue management team with commercial partner activities
- Complete event evaluations and reporting
- Any other duties as required
