Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years in hospitality in a similar position or transferable skill set
- must have a degree from an accredited university
- hotel or event sales experience preferred
- attention to details and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- knowledge of Opera and Envision systems preferred
- working knowledge of all Microsoft Office systems required
- proactive and organized
- customer service oriented
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- maintain calendars and meeting schedules
- coordinate client arrivals
- assist in detailing event orders
- coordinate with internal operations in preparation for groups
- manage group accommodations for Event Managers
- sort and coordinate hotel sales leads with appropriate managers
- draft contracts and proposals
- research client group history
- assist with the arrangement of site inspections
