Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years in hospitality in a similar position or transferable skill set
  • must have a degree from an accredited university
  • hotel or event sales experience preferred
  • attention to details and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of Opera and Envision systems preferred
  • working knowledge of all Microsoft Office systems required
  • proactive and organized
  • customer service oriented
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • maintain calendars and meeting schedules
  • coordinate client arrivals
  • assist in detailing event orders
  • coordinate with internal operations in preparation for groups
  • manage group accommodations for Event Managers
  • sort and coordinate hotel sales leads with appropriate managers
  • draft contracts and proposals
  • research client group history
  • assist with the arrangement of site inspections
