- 1-3 years of commercial roofing experience

Job Duties
- Cover roofs with TPO, EPDM, PVC, and related materials
- spray roofs, sidings, and walls with sealants and insulative materials
- clean up debris from roof surfaces and surrounding areas
- install, repair, or replace single-ply roofing systems
- cut and fit felt, shingles, and flashing materials into place
- install vapor barriers and seal seams on flat roofs
- apply adhesives, caulking, and roofing cement to prevent leaks
- cover exposed nail heads
- cut and staple roofing paper
- use tools like brushes, knives, hammers, and punches to install roofing materials
- operate vehicles and mechanized equipment
- identify and repair cracks or defects in roofing systems
- train and coach team members
- inspect equipment and materials for compliance with standards
- follow company safety policies and procedures
