The World Cup 26tm promises to redefine excellence through its innovative, inclusive, and community-driven approach, making it a truly global celebration of soccer and sport.

The scale of the tournament and the complexity of coordinating activities across multiple host cities demand a workforce that is dynamic, skilled, and dedicated to excellence. It is within this groundbreaking environment that the role of Commercial Rights Venue Coordinator emerges as a vital position.

The Commercial Rights Venue Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the successful operational implementation and fulfillment of FIFA Commercial Partners’ contractual rights and obligations at the venue level. The role involves coordinating with stadium Commercial Rights Delivery teams and internal functional areas to support the seamless delivery of partner rights, executing clean site and exclusivity measures across official sites, and assisting in the development and implementation of stadium marketing projects such as Value-in-Kind activities and Special Marketing Programs. The Coordinator also works closely with marketing suppliers, supports operational requirements, and provides crucial assistance in the preparation of tournament debrief materials and post-event reporting. Throughout the tournament period, the role extends to supporting the wider venue team with operational demands and additional projects as needed.

Candidates best suited for this role typically have prior experience with international or large-scale events and demonstrate the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. They possess strong decision-making skills, accountability, inclusivity, and leadership capabilities, essential for navigating the complexities of a world-class event and leading cross-functional teams and partners effectively. Furthermore, proficiency in English is required, with Spanish and/or French as additional languages considered advantageous. Technical proficiency in MS Office suite and planning software further supports the operational excellence expected of the role.

FIFA World Cup 2026tm is a fixed-term contract position based onsite in Miami, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a once-in-a-lifetime sporting event that combines sportsmanship, cultural unity, and commercial innovation. By joining this initiative, candidates become part of a diverse, inclusive workplace that values equity and representation, and are empowered to contribute creatively and operationally to an unforgettable global sporting festival. If you are passionate about sports event management and committed to delivering excellence, this role invites you to be a game changer and part of a historic milestone in the world of international soccer.
