Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer-facing roles
  • ability to engage positively with children
  • valid background check clearance
  • willingness to undergo child safeguarding screening
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

  • engage with children and visitors to deliver a memorable and enjoyable experience
  • ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests, especially children
  • support and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the attraction
  • assist with the operation of rides and interactive exhibits
  • collaborate with team members to facilitate creative workshops and play zones
  • promote the values and culture of the LEGO Group by fostering an inclusive and respectful environment
  • participate in child safeguarding procedures and mandatory background screening
