Job Requirements

- experience in customer-facing roles
- ability to engage positively with children
- valid background check clearance
- willingness to undergo child safeguarding screening
- availability to work flexible hours
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- engage with children and visitors to deliver a memorable and enjoyable experience
- ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests, especially children
- support and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the attraction
- assist with the operation of rides and interactive exhibits
- collaborate with team members to facilitate creative workshops and play zones
- promote the values and culture of the LEGO Group by fostering an inclusive and respectful environment
- participate in child safeguarding procedures and mandatory background screening
