Job Requirements
- Three years experience in maintenance
- Vocational or technical certification or five years experience in a related maintenance trade
- Valid state-issued driver’s license held for at least three years with a clean driving record
- Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
- Ability to work in person at the designated store location
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Availability to complete assigned shifts and maintenance tasks within the required timeframe
Job Qualifications
- Vocational or technical certification in a related trade
- Three years of experience in maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or material handling equipment
- Strong understanding of customer service principles with clear, transparent, and respectful communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands using sound judgment
- Experience working collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency with intermediate-level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Job Duties
- Perform minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures (for example, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, food equipment)
- Complete routine maintenance to ensure safety and proper functionality
- Manage work orders and routine maintenance schedules by completing and providing required written and electronic information (for example, expense vouchers, weekly summaries, work orders, maintenance logs, etc.)
- Develop preventative maintenance schedules and complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks within the established timeframe
- Conduct training for Store Associates regarding care and cleaning of equipment
- Monitor and report on the condition of equipment and facilities to prevent breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during maintenance activities
