Job Requirements
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of commercial lines property and casualty insurance experience
- ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection
- self-motivation and discipline for home-based work
- proficiency in computer and online communication tools
- legal ability to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- Substantial experience in commercial lines property and casualty insurance
- proficiency with agency management systems like EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work independently in a remote environment
- commitment to exceptional customer service
- knowledge of insurance policy documentation and contract review
Job Duties
- Manage commercial lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
- responsible for contract review and issuance of certificates of insurance (COIs)
- coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
- review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- utilize independent agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft
- communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
