Job Requirements

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of commercial lines property and casualty insurance experience
  • ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection
  • self-motivation and discipline for home-based work
  • proficiency in computer and online communication tools
  • legal ability to work in the country of employment

Job Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in commercial lines property and casualty insurance
  • proficiency with agency management systems like EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • commitment to exceptional customer service
  • knowledge of insurance policy documentation and contract review

Job Duties

  • Manage commercial lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
  • prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
  • responsible for contract review and issuance of certificates of insurance (COIs)
  • coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
  • review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
  • utilize independent agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft
  • communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
