The role available at WAHVE is for a Commercial Lines Account Manager specializing in Property & Casualty insurance. The role involves managing independent retail broker client accounts, focusing primarily on building and strengthening relationships through exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include preparing insurance applications, marketing risks for new and renewal accounts, reviewing contracts, issuing Certificates of Insurance, and coordinating with underwriters to obtain quotes and bind necessary coverage. Attention to detail is crucial as it includes verifying the accuracy and completeness of policies, binders, and endorsements.

WAHVE values familiarity with independent agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft. Experience with EPIC is especially in high demand, reflecting the company's commitment to using advanced technology platforms to streamline insurance processes. Candidates are required to have at least 25 years of full-time work experience along with 10 recent years specifically in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance to qualify for this unique work-from-home opportunity.

Job Duties

  • manage commercial lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
