Job Requirements
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Ability to work from home in a remote capacity
- Proficiency in industry management software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience using EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management system preferred
- Extensive experience in Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Strong knowledge of insurance contract and certificate issuance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Job Duties
- Manage Commercial Lines client accounts with a focus on building and strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
- Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s)
- Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
- Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize independent agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing
