The current opening is for a Commercial Lines Account Manager working remotely, with the opportunity to either maintain a full-time or part-time workload based on preference. This role is specifically designed for seasoned professionals with extensive experience in Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance. The Commercial Lines Account Manager is tasked with managing client accounts by fostering strong relationships, preparing and marketing new and renewal insurance risks, coordinating with underwriters, reviewing contracts, and issuing Certificates of Insurance. Expertise with independent agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft is highly preferred, with particular demand for EPIC proficiency.

This position offers a highly competitive hourly rate ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 and includes company benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) plan with a 4% company match. Job Requirements

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience
  • Ability to work from home in a remote capacity
  • Proficiency in industry management software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience using EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management system preferred
  • Extensive experience in Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Strong knowledge of insurance contract and certificate issuance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Job Duties

  • Manage Commercial Lines client accounts with a focus on building and strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
  • Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s)
  • Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
  • Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize independent agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing
