The role of Commercial Lines Account Manager at WAHVE is designed for highly experienced insurance professionals who possess a minimum of 25 years full-time work experience, including at least 10 years in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance. This position involves managing client accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Account managers will be responsible for preparing applications, marketing new and renewal risks, reviewing contracts, and issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs). Coordination with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and issue policies is a key function, as is reviewing policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy. Expertise with independent agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft is preferred, with a particular demand for EPIC proficiency. The position offers a unique blend of autonomy and teamwork, as candidates will work remotely within a dynamic group of experienced insurance experts. Job Duties
