The company focuses on creating a supportive and professional virtual workspace where insurance veterans can thrive without the stress of commuting or rigid office hours. WAHVE’s commitment extends beyond just employment; they strive to preserve insurance industry knowledge and facilitate a seamless transition into retirement through flexible, long-term positions that include company benefits.

Currently, WAHVE is seeking experienced Commercial Lines Account Managers to serve their Property & Casualty independent retail broker clients. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with an hourly pay range of $25.00 to $28.00, emphasizing flexibility to accommodate different life stages and preferences. The ideal candidates are seasoned insurance professionals with significant experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty, eager to continue contributing their expertise from home. These positions require managing client accounts, preparing insurance applications, coordinating with underwriters, issuing certificates of insurance, and reviewing policy documents for accuracy.

At WAHVE, employees benefit from a friendly and professional leadership culture that values each team member’s contributions and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service. The company prides itself on being passionate about preserving industry knowledge while supporting its staff with health insurance eligibility, a 401(k) plan with a 4% match, and a virtual yet collaborative team environment. This unique approach allows insurance experts to choose the work they want to do now, enjoy a balanced lifestyle, and stay connected with a dynamic network of peers.

Embracing modern technology, WAHVE prefers candidates with experience using independent agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft, with high demand for EPIC skills. The role promises engaging and meaningful work that respects the expertise and legacy of seasoned insurance professionals, making it an ideal option for those looking to phase into retirement without sacrificing career fulfillment.
