As part of the WAHVE team, the role available is that of a Commercial Lines Account Manager working remotely with independent retail broker clients specializing in Property and Casualty insurance. This position involves managing client accounts with a strong focus on maintaining and strengthening client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates for this role will engage in preparing insurance applications, marketing new and renewal risks, and collaborating closely with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and issue policies accurately. Additional responsibilities include contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance, as well as reviewing policies, binders, and endorsements to ensure completeness and accuracy. The ideal candidate will bring extensive commercial lines expertise and experience with agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft, with a high demand currently for EPIC experience. Job Requirements

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of commercial lines property and casualty insurance experience
  • proficiency in EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage commercial lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
  • Responsible for contract review and issuance of certificates of insurance
  • Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
  • Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
  • Use agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
