As part of the WAHVE team, the role available is that of a Commercial Lines Account Manager working remotely with independent retail broker clients specializing in Property and Casualty insurance. This position involves managing client accounts with a strong focus on maintaining and strengthening client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates for this role will engage in preparing insurance applications, marketing new and renewal risks, and collaborating closely with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and issue policies accurately. Additional responsibilities include contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance, as well as reviewing policies, binders, and endorsements to ensure completeness and accuracy. The ideal candidate will bring extensive commercial lines expertise and experience with agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft, with a high demand currently for EPIC experience.
