Job Requirements
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of commercial lines property and casualty insurance experience
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial lines property and casualty insurance
- Expertise with EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft agency management systems preferred
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in contract review and certificate issuance
- Knowledge of insurance underwriting processes
Job Duties
- Manage commercial lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
- Responsible for contract review and issuance of certificates of insurance (COI’s)
- Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
- Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management systems
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve coverage and policy issues
