Job Requirements

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of commercial lines property and casualty insurance experience
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial lines property and casualty insurance
  • Expertise with EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft agency management systems preferred
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Prior experience in contract review and certificate issuance
  • Knowledge of insurance underwriting processes

Job Duties

  • Manage commercial lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
  • Responsible for contract review and issuance of certificates of insurance (COI’s)
  • Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
  • Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management systems
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve coverage and policy issues
