The role currently open is for Commercial Lines Account Manager positions assisting independent retail brokers within the property and casualty insurance sector. This role is designed for seasoned professionals with substantial experience in commercial lines insurance who are looking to work remotely in a flexible capacity. Candidates will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, preparing insurance applications, and handling policy documentation processes such as contract reviews and Certificates of Insurance issuance. Coordination with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and ensure accurate policy documentation is a key element of the position.

Preferred candidates will have experience using industry-standard agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft, with a high demand currently placed on EPIC experience. This digital familiarity facilitates seamless remote collaboration and efficient account management. Job Requirements

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience
  • Experience using EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management systems preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Qualifications

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience
  • Experience using EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft preferred
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and underwriting processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with insurance policy documentation and contract review

Job Duties

  • Manage Commercial Lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
  • Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s)
  • Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
  • Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management systems as preferred
  • Collaborate with virtual team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient account management
