Job Requirements
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience
- ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- self-motivated and able to work independently
- proficiency in insurance agency management software preferred

Job Duties
- manage Commercial Lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
- responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s)
- coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
- review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- use EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management system with preference for EPIC experience
