The role of Commercial Lines Account Manager at WAHVE is designed for those with extensive experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance. This position involves managing client accounts for independent retail brokers, emphasizing building and maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional service. Key responsibilities include preparing applications, marketing new and renewal risks, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring accuracy in contract reviews and issuance of Certificates of Insurance. Experience with agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft is highly preferred, with a particular demand for experts in EPIC due to its widespread use and efficiency.
