The role of Commercial Lines Account Manager at WAHVE is designed for those with extensive experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance. This position involves managing client accounts for independent retail brokers, emphasizing building and maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional service. Key responsibilities include preparing applications, marketing new and renewal risks, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring accuracy in contract reviews and issuance of Certificates of Insurance. Experience with agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft is highly preferred, with a particular demand for experts in EPIC due to its widespread use and efficiency. Job Requirements

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience
  • Ability to use EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft preferred
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and customer service commitment

Job Qualifications

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with insurance agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Job Duties

  • Manage Commercial Lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
  • Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s)
  • Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
  • Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management system
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams
