Job Requirements
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Ability to work remotely from home
- Reliable internet connection

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of recent experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance
- Experience with independent agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft preferred
- Strong knowledge of policy review and issuance processes
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in managing commercial insurance accounts
Job Duties
- Manage Commercial Lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
- Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s)
- Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
- Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- Use EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management system, preferred
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth policy administration
