The role offered at WAHVE is that of a Commercial Lines Account Manager within a remote, long-term capacity. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, the individual will manage client accounts for independent retail brokers, strengthening relationships through exceptional customer service. This includes preparing and marketing applications for new and renewal risks, contract review, issuing Certificates of Insurance, and coordinating with underwriters to secure quotes, bind coverage, and issue policies. Accuracy and thoroughness in reviewing policy documents like binders and endorsements are critical to this role.
Candidates especially proficient with independent agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft are highly preferred, with a current high demand for EPIC expertise noted. Job Duties
- manage commercial lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
- responsible for contract review and issuance of certificates of insurance (coi's)
- coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
- review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- experience using epic, ams360, sagitta or hawksoft independent agency management system is preferred
- maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with industry standards
