This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $28.75 per hour, and a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. The role involves supporting commercial property and casualty insurance accounts by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Job Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Bachelor’s degree or one year of experience handling commercial lines insurance accounts
- Knowledge of commercial lines property and casualty insurance products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide day-to-day service and support for commercial lines insurance accounts
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage questions, endorsements, certificates of insurance, renewals, and billing issues
- Process policy changes and maintain accurate account documentation
- Communicate effectively with insurance carriers, underwriters, clients, and internal staff regarding policy servicing needs
- Prepare and manage insurance-related documents, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Office applications
- Review policies and account information for accuracy and completeness
- Support renewal processes by gathering updated information and preparing documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Provide professional written and verbal communication to clients and business partners
