This position plays a vital part in ensuring the seamless functioning of critical infrastructure, such as complex climate control systems and high-capacity industrial kitchen appliances. As a Maintenance Technician at CBRE, you will be directly involved in upholding the high standards of operational excellence that clients expect. Your work will cover preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial kitchen equipment like ice machines and dishwashers, general facilities including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role requires physical stamina to meet the demands of the job, such as lifting loads up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs and ladders, and standing for extended periods. Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is an asset, as is an inquisitive mindset geared towards innovative problem-solving.

Joining CBRE means becoming part of a forward-thinking workplace that values human talents and perspectives. The company strictly adheres to equal employment principles, offering reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities and fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
