Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid commercial driver's license with appropriate endorsements
- clean driving record
- ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours Monday through Friday
- commitment to safety and customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles involving commercial driving
- valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record
- appropriate endorsements for passenger transport required
- strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members
- knowledge of safety protocols related to paratransit or school bus driving is advantageous
- ability to remain alert during long shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- commitment to providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including motorcoach buses, and mini buses on designated routes or schedules
- assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing friendly and professional customer service
- conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness before each shift
- communicate clearly with dispatchers and passengers to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and route updates
- perform light maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting any mechanical issues
- handle heavy lifting when necessary for luggage or equipment loading/unloading
- maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition throughout your shift
