Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old to apply
- must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to company driver safety requirements
- basic knowledge of automotive parts
- ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
- full-time flexible schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent (ged)
- strong people skills and effective communication in both spanish and english
- previous experience in automotive retail preferred
- valid driver’s license
- basic knowledge of automotive parts
- ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
- flexible schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime
Job Duties
- deliver wow customer service by engaging with commercial customers and diy shoppers, providing automotive advice and installation services
- work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships
- maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies
- drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to customers
- load and unload parts accurately per route schedules
- collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
- adhere to ppe guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain safety
- process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies
- stay updated on automotive products and promotions through company systems
- maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly
