We are currently seeking dedicated, Denver-based Scooping Technicians to join our Commercial Services Division on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently in an outdoor setting and appreciate the importance of customer interaction and service. You will be responsible for servicing assigned properties, performing thorough pet waste cleanup, and maintaining pet stations to uphold high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction. As a Scoop Tech, you will have the benefit of a company vehicle for daily routes, removing the need to use your personal vehicle.
The ideal candidate is passionate about animals, customer service-oriented, and capable of working solo while maintaining effective communication with clients and the team remotely using technology such as Microsoft Teams. Physical stamina is essential, as this role requires walking 10-12 miles daily across uneven terrain and lifting up to 50 pounds. Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial to manage daily responsibilities efficiently and maintain precise order in tasks. This position offers a starting wage of $22 per hour, with bonus potential up to an additional $4 per hour based on quality and efficiency. Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old with a valid driver’s license and minimum 2 years driving experience
- Able to walk 10-12 miles per day on uneven terrain
- Able to firmly grip tools in both hands
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Able to use mobile app for GPS navigation and access to customer accounts
- Must have a cellular phone
- Able to pass a background screening including motor vehicle record
- Must be willing to take and pass drug screen excluding marijuana

Job Duties
- Perform common area pet waste cleanup at assigned properties
- Maintain and service pet waste stations including restocking supplies
- Interact professionally and courteously with property residents, clients, and co-workers
- Use company vehicle to travel to multiple locations daily
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and clients through remote technology platforms
- Adhere to schedules and maintain accurate records of work completed
- Ensure compliance with company safety and cleanliness standards
