Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old with a valid driver’s license and minimum 2 years driving experience
- Able to walk 10-12 miles per day on uneven terrain
- Able to firmly grip tools in both hands
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Able to use mobile app for GPS navigation and access to customer accounts
- Must have a cellular phone
- Able to pass a background screening including motor vehicle record
- Must be willing to take and pass drug screen excluding marijuana
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use mobile technology for navigation and communication
- Physical ability to walk long distances and handle physical tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Perform common area pet waste cleanup at assigned properties
- Maintain and service pet waste stations including restocking supplies
- Interact professionally and courteously with property residents, clients, and co-workers
- Use company vehicle to travel to multiple locations daily
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and clients through remote technology platforms
- Adhere to schedules and maintain accurate records of work completed
- Ensure compliance with company safety and cleanliness standards
