Drivers enjoy the convenience of returning home daily, which supports a balanced work-life dynamic. Working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5 AM to 4 PM across 10-hour shifts, employees will be integral in safely transporting high-quality food products to customers while ensuring exceptional service standards are met. Training is conducted at the Fresno site, preparing drivers to uphold the company's reputation for timely and accurate deliveries.

Key responsibilities include verifying orders, managing paperwork, maintaining vehicle condition, and resolving delivery issues in coordination with office staff. GeneralProduce offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life coverage, 401(k) plans, paid sick leave, holidays, vacation, employee assistance programs, and incentive rewards. The company fosters a supportive environment with employee recognition programs and community events, emphasizing the value of its workforce. Ideal candidates are those with a valid California Class A Commercial Driver License and a clean driving record, possessing at least one year of commercial driving experience, preferably with knowledge in produce or food distribution. Comfort with technology such as delivery apps and smartphone navigation, along with strong communication skills in English, is essential for success in this role.

By joining GeneralProduce, drivers become part of a respected organization dedicated to delivering excellence across the wholesale produce supply chain. The position promises a fulfilling and stable career path for skilled commercial drivers seeking to contribute to a vital community service while enjoying job security and employee-centered benefits.
