Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of verified professional experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven ability to manage multi-tier subcontractor networks
- Ability to write clear scopes of work
- Experience tracking complex change order logs
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural plans and MEP schematics
- Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel nationally for short-term projects
