Job Description

Alpine Cleaning Company is Spokane's premier commercial cleaning provider, known for delivering exceptional quality and reliable service tailored to the needs of a diverse range of business clients. As a local company with strong roots in the Spokane community, Alpine Cleaning Company has built a reputation based on trust, dedication, and a vibrant work culture where employees feel valued and motivated to contribute their best every day. The team's growth-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence foster an environment where both employees and clients thrive together. With a focus on innovation in cleaning techniques and safety standards, the company is rapidly expanding while maintaining a close-knit, supportive atmosphere that makes it a sought-after employer in the region.

The position available is for a working Supervisor to lead Alpine Cleaning Company's evening cleaning operations. This role is crucial to maintaining the high standards that clients expect, as well as ensuring the team functions smoothly and efficiently during night shifts. The Supervisor will be directly responsible for managing a small team of cleaning professionals, assigning tasks, training new hires, and holding the crew accountable for their performance. Unlike supervisory roles that are purely managerial, this role requires hands-on participation with the cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, and other duties to ensure the cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.

As the evening Supervisor, you will be the face of quality control, inspecting client facilities before leaving to catch any issues early and address concerns proactively to maintain client satisfaction. You will also play an integral part in managing operational logistics such as tracking attendance, managing supply inventories, submitting detailed reports to the Operations Manager, and keeping cleaning schedules accurate and up to date. Safety is paramount, and you will uphold strict adherence to OSHA guidelines, correct chemical handling protocols, and company safety policies by consistently training your team.

This full-time or part-time opportunity offers competitive hourly pay between $21.00 and $26.00, depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. Additional perks include biweekly direct deposit, referral bonuses, flexible scheduling options, company vehicles, equipment and supplies provided, and real opportunities for career advancement within a growing company. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who has at least one year of commercial cleaning experience, including at least six months in a supervisory capacity, and is ready to lead by example in a hands-on leadership role evening shifts in Spokane, Washington.
