This particular role, Commercial Baker at Marriott St. Louis Grand, invites culinary enthusiasts who possess a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail to join their dynamic culinary team. This position involves the meticulous preparation and baking of a wide array of pastries, breads, and desserts, consistently meeting Marriott’s high standards for taste, presentation, and food safety. The baker will be responsible for following standardized recipes and presentation protocols to ensure quality and consistency from batch to batch.
