The Server will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and addressing any special requests or dietary needs. Additionally, maintaining a clean, organized work area and collaborating seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff are essential aspects of the job.
Compensation for this role includes average earnings between $18 to $24 per hour, which encompasses base pay plus tips. Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant or similar environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with other staff members
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Deliver food and drinks to customers, ensuring order accuracy and presentation
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction with the food and service
- Attend to any special requests or dietary needs of the guests
- Refill drinks and clear plates and glasses from tables as needed
- Process payments for meals in a timely and accurate manner
- Keep work area clean and organized, including setting and resetting tables as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service to guests
