Job Duties
- Operate the dishwasher and ensure clean and sanitized dishes, glasses, and kitchen utensils for food service and dining
- sort and stack dishes and glassware, ensuring they are stored appropriately
- work in conjunction with the kitchen staff to ensure continuous flow of clean dishes
- ensure the kitchen and dishwashing area is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe manner
- assist with general cleaning duties in the kitchen as assigned by the supervisor
- dispose of all garbage and trash from the kitchen and properly dispose of food waste
- report any equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor
