The role available at the Boston location is a full-time position offering an hourly wage of $28.00. This opportunity is with the Pyramid Hotel Group MA26 under the Pyramid Holding umbrella, and it positions you right at the center of Pyramid's vibrant hospitality network. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting workplace operations within a dynamic hotel environment. You will act as a primary point of contact, enhancing visitor interactions by providing clear directions, facilitating guest needs, and fostering meaningful connections.
You will also be responsible for managing workspace bookings, monitoring space utilization, and coordinating support services for employees. The role requires active involvement in setting up meetings and events, working closely with event managers and technical teams to ensure every detail is met and the events run smoothly. Additionally, maintenance of workplace standards through proactive problem-solving and follow-up on service requests is essential.
This position is ideal for candidates with at least a high school diploma or equivalent, who have a passion for hospitality and exceptional interpersonal skills. Experience in hospitality, concierge, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact and create positive first impressions
- provide directions, resources, and support to Paramount employees and guests
- escort guests to appropriate locations when needed
- cultivate and create meaningful connections with floor populations
- proactively manage workspace reservations and bookings
- monitor office and desk space utilization
- coordinate workplace services and respond to employee needs
- support the setup and execution of meetings and special events
- conduct meeting space inspections to ensure readiness
- partner with event managers, A/V teams, and technical support staff
- proactively identify and report facility, housekeeping, or maintenance concerns
- track requests and ensure timely resolution
- follow up on workplace changes and service requests for accuracy
- follow up with Paramount employees to keep them informed on progress made to complete their requests
- escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution
