The company emphasizes training and development, flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle, and employee discounts to enhance your work experience. Physical endurance is essential as the role involves constant movement, lifting up to 35 pounds, and working in a potentially noisy environment. This role calls for individuals who possess at least two years of front-of-house experience in high-volume bar or restaurant settings and are familiar with computerized point of sale systems.
