Job Requirements
- Must live in or near Colorado Springs
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as standing for long periods and moving barricades
- Ability to conduct security searches
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to understand and implement emergency protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event staffing or crowd management preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Physical ability to handle active work environment
Job Duties
- Directing patrons to their seats and venue services
- Conducting patron searches including bag checks and metal detector screenings
- Managing barricade activities such as moving heavy barricades and catching crowd surfers
- Executing crowd control duties including directing and restraining patrons as necessary
- Working night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Implementing emergency procedures including venue evacuations
- Assisting in gate operations and backstage support
