The Collision Technician role at Baker Motor Company is based within their state-of-the-art Collision Center, which features 14 collision work bays, 4 prep areas, advanced frame machines, paint booths, and specialized aluminum repair rooms. The Collision Center is climate controlled and fully equipped with toolboxes, benches, and computer work stations, providing an ideal environment for skilled collision technicians to perform high-quality auto body repairs. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto body repair
- Ability to work in person at the designated service center
- Capability to perform physical tasks required for collision repair
- Willingness to work 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
