At Gerber Collision & Glass, the Porter position plays a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of both customer vehicles and shop facilities. This role ensures that vehicles are prepped flawlessly before repairs begin and are spotless prior to delivery back to the customer, complementing the technical precision of our repair teams. Additionally, Porters uphold the aesthetic and safety standards of the shop and office by managing daily housekeeping duties, waste disposal, and maintaining orderly parking lots and grounds. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the seamless operation of the service workflow.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $16.00 to $18.00, depending on experience.
