Dedicated to excellence, the company has cultivated an operationally centric culture that blends professionalism with a strong customer service ethic and teammate-oriented collaboration. With a national support network and a reputation as one of the fastest-growing brands in the industry, Crash Champions offers excellent career opportunities for professionals seeking advancement in the collision repair and estimating field.
At Crash Champions, employees experience a highly motivated workplace culture where champions are celebrated, and personal growth is encouraged. The company's commitment to outstanding service and operational excellence creates an unrivaled environment for those passionate about the collision industry. Team members are empowered to deliver superior results, contributing to a shared mission of quality and customer satisfaction.
The role of a Collision Estimator, also known as a Service Advisor, is critical within this dynamic organization. This professional is responsible for thoroughly assessing damaged vehicles, preparing detailed repair estimates, and coordinating with various departments to ensure parts acquisition and repair quality meet industry standards. This role entails a high level of technical expertise, responsibility, and interaction with customers and insurance partners to maintain compliance, particularly with Direct Repair Program (DRP) requirements.
The position requires familiarity with industry-standard software such as the CCC ONE Total Repair Platform and demands certification like I-CAR or the willingness to obtain it promptly post-hire. Collision Estimators play a pivotal role in the operational workflow, from initial assessment through to pre-closing and finalizing repair orders. They support the initiative to provide customers with accurate, transparent, and timely repair estimates, thus enhancing satisfaction and trust.
Joining Crash Champions means becoming part of a future-focused company that values its workforce and offers clear pathways for career progression within its extensive nationwide network. Employees benefit from a supportive culture that recognizes the significance of each team member’s contributions to the business’s success. Working here is ideal for those who want to grow professionally while making a tangible difference in an exciting and rapidly evolving industry.
