The Collision Concierge role at AutoNation is an exciting entry-level position designed for individuals who take pride in addressing customer needs and providing outstanding service. As a Collision Concierge, you will be the first point of interaction for customers experiencing collision-related vehicle repairs at our dealerships. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, discussing repair options, documenting repair needs and estimated costs, and seeking customer approval for repairs. You will work closely with the local AutoNation Collision Center to keep both customers and internal associates informed about repair status, ensuring a seamless experience.

This role provides a solid foundation for career growth in the automotive service industry, with opportunities to advance to positions such as Collision Estimator or Service Advisor. The position comes with a commission-based salary offering an average annual income range of $30,000 to $70,000, making it a rewarding career path for motivated individuals.   • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Prior sales or retail experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Must have a valid, in-state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and discuss repair options on the service drive or in the sales department
  • Document customer repair needs and estimated costs
  • Seek customer approval for needed repairs
  • Update customers and internal associates regarding repair status of vehicles while working in partnership with the collision center
  • Understand basic parameters of collision repair and insurance programs
  • Work with other associates on daily planning and release meetings
  • Process transactions and ensure 100 percent compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their expectations are met
  • Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals
  • Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers
  • Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
