With a nationwide network of dealerships supported by a well-recognized brand, AutoNation provides a wide selection of new and used vehicles, customer financing options, genuine parts, and expert maintenance and repair services. Committed to corporate social responsibility, AutoNation has raised over $40 million through its DRV PNK initiative to support cancer research and treatment, showing dedication to positively impacting the lives of its associates, customers, and communities. The company fosters a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace and encourages applicants from all backgrounds, valuing innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to creating meaningful change within the automotive industry.
The role of Collision Concierge at AutoNation Dealerships is an essential customer-facing position focused on meeting the collision repair needs of vehicle owners. As a Collision Concierge, you will be the primary liaison between customers and the AutoNation Collision Center, ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout the repair process. This position is well-suited for individuals who excel in customer service, problem-solving, and relationship building. Collision Concierges greet customers as they arrive, discuss repair options, document repair needs and costs, and seek customer approval for necessary repairs. The role also involves updating customers and internal teams on repair progress, ensuring complete compliance with all state and federal regulations, and providing an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and referrals.
Collision Concierges take pride in their ability to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner, making lasting impressions that foster trust and satisfaction. This position serves as a starting point for a rewarding career path within the AutoNation organization, with growth opportunities including roles such as Collision Estimator and Service Advisor. The job requires a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of meeting targeted goals and handling administrative processes efficiently. Candidates with prior sales or retail experience are preferred but not mandatory, and all must maintain a valid in-state driver’s license with a safe driving record. Emphasis is placed on excellent communication, consultative skills, and the ability to effectively use technology.
Working at AutoNation offers more than just a job — it offers competitive compensation, 401k matching, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, and family-friendly maternity benefits. Employees also benefit from exclusive purchase and discount programs on new and pre-owned vehicles, services, parts, and accessories. Additionally, AutoNation provides access to deals and discounts via the YouDecide platform and supports a positive work-life balance environment. Through the company’s DRV PNK charitable mission, associates have the opportunity to participate in meaningful philanthropy that supports cancer research, further enhancing the connection between their work and community impact.
Joining AutoNation as a Collision Concierge means becoming part of a committed and innovative team that values each member’s contribution in delivering outstanding service and enhancing the customer journey. The role blends technical understanding of collision repair processes with high-level customer interaction and administrative responsibilities. It is an ideal position for individuals seeking to launch a successful career in the automotive services industry with a company dedicated to diversity, inclusion, and social responsibility. This employment opportunity is open to all qualified candidates who share a passion for helping customers and desire to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
