The company is deeply committed to its DRV PNK mission, through which it has raised over $40 million for cancer research and treatment, reflecting its dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of associates, customers, and communities nationwide.

The Collision Concierge role at AutoNation represents a crucial starting point for individuals seeking a dynamic career in the automotive industry. This position focuses on addressing customer collision needs by closely coordinating services with the local AutoNation Collision Center. Collision Concierges are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, engaging effectively with customers, and serving as skilled problem-solvers on the dealership service drive or sales department. This role is ideal for personable individuals who take pride in building rapport with customers and aim to foster loyalty through superior product knowledge and service excellence.

Collision Concierges greet customers to discuss repair options, document repair needs, and collaborate with both customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication regarding vehicle repair status. They maintain compliance with all state and federal laws and company policies, ensuring administrative tasks are executed efficiently. This role requires a blend of interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of collision repair processes including insurance programs, and the ability to manage multiple daily responsibilities effectively. Additionally, Collision Concierges are integral to promoting repeat business and referral generation by delivering positive and seamless service experiences.

This entry-level position offers valuable exposure to the automotive service environment and provides clear pathways for career advancement, including opportunities to progress into roles such as Collision Estimator or Service Advisor. AutoNation supports associates with competitive compensation, 401k matching, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. The company fosters a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment, encouraging candidates from all backgrounds who are passionate about customer service and innovation to join their team.
