Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to meet physical demands of the job
  • Must be able to work flexible hours if needed

Job Qualifications

  • Previous collision center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills including listening and speaking
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Computer literate including MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook
  • Organized and extremely detail-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of dealership operations and/or office/clerical experience

  • Schedule needed service work in the body shop
  • Ensure the customer a pleasant productive service experience and other employees a positive working environment
  • Operate multi-line phone system
