This full-time role requires an individual responsible for moving vehicles around the lot and delivering cars to customers, ensuring the clean and orderly presentation of the car lot and shop areas, and supporting various general duties and errands as assigned by the dealership. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities but demands a high level of responsibility, physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, and interaction with employees and customers.
In this role, the individual will regularly engage in tasks such as moving vehicles within the dealership, keeping the vehicle lot and service areas neat, and ensuring shop equipment is properly maintained. Operating during scheduled shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays requires reliability and adherence to attendance expectations. The Porter will use basic computer skills to log time accurately and will participate in necessary training to stay compliant with company standards.
